3. Hosting Services

  • Domains are not included in hosting plans and must be purchased separately.

4. Payment and Renewal

  • Payments must be made in advance after the trial period for continued service.
  • Hosting accounts are activated only after payment confirmation.
  • Renewal reminders will be sent 14 days prior to the expiration of hosting services.

5. Data Backup

  • Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of their websites.
  • While we implement server-level backup mechanisms, we do not guarantee full data recovery in case of failure or data loss.

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not available once the hosting account has been activated after payment.
  • The free trial period serves as an opportunity to evaluate our services without financial commitment.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for securing their hosting accounts, including passwords and login credentials.

8. Support

  • Support is provided for server-related issues, such as performance, uptime, and basic configurations.
  • We do not provide support for website content, third-party applications, or custom development.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any damages, losses, or downtime resulting from server issues, hacking, or customer mismanagement.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for hosting services during the affected billing cycle.

10. Termination of Service

  • Hosting accounts may be terminated if customers fail to comply with our terms or payment requirements.
  • Upon termination, all hosted data will be deleted.

11. Amendments
