1. Digital Delivery
All products and services offered by Eval Info are digitally delivered. We do not ship any physical products.
Once your payment is confirmed:
- License keys, themes, plugins, and downloadable files are sent to your registered email or provided through your customer dashboard within 1–6 hours.
- Web hosting, domain registration, and WordPress setup services are usually processed within 24 hours.
- Custom projects (e.g., landing page design or website development) follow a defined delivery timeline, shared at the time of order.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders placed during working hours (Mon–Sat, 10 AM to 8 PM PKT) are processed promptly.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the following working day.
3. Free Trial Services
Some services (such as web hosting) include a 3-day free trial. After the trial period, the service will be upgraded upon confirmation and payment.
4. Failed or Delayed Delivery
If you have not received your service or product within the expected time:
- Please check your spam or promotions folder.
